- The corps embraces officers who are curious to upgrade themselves by running only courses relevant to the body.
- Study leave with pay will be properly looked into by the management. We must verify any relevant document to that effect.
- Anyone wishing to undergo in-service training must have put in at least two or three year's service as the case may be.
- Oversea training for officers is totally based management decision and approval.
- There shall be study leave with pay, especially for those decided and approved by management.

The Universal Rescue Response Corps was founded August 8th2011, by a group of concerned individuals from various human endeavours.They are people of honour from different professional backgrounds.This include engineers, medical doctors, retired millitary and para-millitary officers,religious leaders business personnel etc,All converge to see how to make the world a peaceful and better place to live in.We are a Regimented Non-Governmental Organisation(NGO)
