Service Elongation

We totally adopt Federal Government Service Elongation. All officers will certainly reach the retirement age of 65years. All staff of Universal Rescue Response Corps, strictly stands on probation and confirmation of appointment. All employees shall be subject to six month's probation. Appraisal shall be done within the first six months. Applicant shall be done within six months. Applicant who scores 60% and above is speedily considered employable. Anyone who scores below 60% is given the grace of three months for appraisal again. Confirmation of staff rest on satisfactory reference from management and referees. Management will not hesitate to request for referees from any staff who occupies sensitive positions. Note, services of any applicant on probation can be terminated at any time. |
