The authorities of this organization is well arranged so that it can fit the traditions of the organization
- The Rescue Commandant General is the most senior active leader in the organization. His rank is chief rescue general, his rank symbols are the insignia, two crowns and one anchor. He is the total authority after 10years of good and selfless service h/she would be decorated as the Rescue Humanitarian Marshal, which is the highest ceremonial leader of the organization. every national documents carry his approval.
- The Deputy Rescue Commandant General: he is next in command and the rank symbol is insignia, one crown and one anchor. He is also the chief administration officer, he is next in command to RCG and Director of Administration.
- Director of operations: This is the officer in charge of all the operations in the organization.
- Director of training: Officer in-charge of all trainings/drills in the organization.
- Director of provost: The discipline check and balance of the corps are under his supervision, with direction from RCG or the Administration/Senate.

- Director: Safety and Rescue Operations

The Universal Rescue Response Corps was founded August 8th2011, by a group of concerned individuals from various human endeavours.They are people of honour from different professional backgrounds.This include engineers, medical doctors, retired millitary and para-millitary officers,religious leaders business personnel etc,All converge to see how to make the world a peaceful and better place to live in.We are a Regimented Non-Governmental Organisation(NGO)
